FAQ

Wireless fast charging may increase ALMA's surface temperature to 45°C (113°F). This is within the safe operating range. ALMA is equipped with temperature sensors and protection circuits. Discontinue use if ALMA becomes excessively hot, or if you notice a burning smell or discoloration.

Wireless charging can take up to 8 seconds to initiate. Ensure ALMA is properly aligned with the phone's charging coil. Remove any thick or uncertified cases that may interfere with charging.

Metal objects may cause overheating, charging interruption, or damage to the product. Keep all metal objects away from ALMA.

Use only MagSafe-certified cases. Non-certified or thick cases (over 2.5 mm) may reduce charging efficiency and may cause overheating.

Recharge ALMA to approximately 50% every 3 months. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Remove ALMA and reattach it, ensuring proper coil alignment. Use only in a well-ventilated environment within 0-35°C (32-95°F). If the issue persists, contact customer support.

This may be caused by FOD (foreign object detection) or thermal protection. Remove any metal objects or thick cases, then reattach ALMA.
